1. Delivery time: Expect delivery within 10-15 days for in-stock items, or 15-20 days if production is required, contingent upon order quantity.
2. Payment terms: A 30% T/T deposit is required in advance, with the balance payable upon receipt of the B/L copy. For orders under USD10000, full payment via T/T is necessary upfront.
3. OEM service: We offer OEM services under the following conditions: 1. Brand must not be registered in China, 2. Provide your brand registration certification, 3. Order value must exceed USD30000.
4. Warranty: We offer a comprehensive warranty of 1 year for mechanical parts and 1 to 3 years for electronic components such as motors and PCB boards, depending on the supplier's terms.
