1. Delivery Time: Experience prompt efficiency with a delivery window of 10-15 days if items are in stock, or 15-20 days if production is required, dependent on order quantity.
2. Payment Terms: Secure your order with a 30% advance via T/T, and balance payment upon B/L copy for orders exceeding USD10000. Orders below this threshold require 100% T/T in advance.
3. OEM Service: We warmly welcome OEM orders, provided these criteria are met: the brand must be unregistered in China, brand registration certification is necessary, and the order must surpass USD30000.
4. Warranty: Benefit from a comprehensive warranty of 1 year for mechanical parts, and 1 to 3 years for electronic components such as motors and PCB boards, subject to supplier terms.
